Lecture by Mrs Biljana Andonova, CEO and Mr Goce Tasev, CEO, at the Management Class

On Wednesday, 4th December 2013, Faculty of Economics University of Ljubljana was hosting at Management Course of Full Professor Vlado Dimovski, PhD, Assistant Professor Sandra Penger, PhD and assistant Judita Peterlin Golden Donators of the Students’ Servant Leadership Initiative – Mrs Biljana Andonova, CEO and Mr Goce Tasev, CEO.

After the lecture of professor Noel Pearse on servant leadership the students were donating food for Botrstvo (link http://www.boter.si/ ) initiative the whole month and Mrs Biljana Andonova was so generous to join the efforts of our students and supported the initiative with the products from her company Macedonia Trade, d.o.o. that is a wholesaler and distributor of preserved vegetables, white cheese in brine, confectionery, etc.

The lecture was an interactive exchange of contemporary experiences from the management field on how to perform controlling function in international business environment. Mrs Andonova presented her approach to doing business with bigger clients and Mr Tasev, CEO of Tabakum export– import d.o.o., presented extensive case studies on how he controls in his company.

At the end of the lecture students were rewarded for their effort at the course with the Macedonian Saint Nicholas who brought them sweets so sweet as learning new things is.

We sincerely thank our respected guests, Mrs Andonova and Mr Tasev, for sharing their authentic international experiences with our students.
