Lecture by Mr Elvis Halilović, young entrepreneur at the Management Class
On Wednesday, 11th December 2013, Faculty of Economics University of Ljubljana was hosting at Management Course of Full Professor Vlado Dimovski, PhD, Assistant Professor Sandra Penger, PhD and assistant Judita Peterlin creative industrial designer, entrepreneur, carpenter and photographer – Mr Elvis Halilović – who founded his company ONDU in the beginning of the year 2013 and will ship his first vast order of pinhole cameras next week.
The lecture was divided into three main parts: founding of the company; management process in the company and controlling of the final outputs. Mr Halilović based the production of pinhole cameras on the sustainable philosophy as he wants to produce products that have a valuable story behind them, therefore customers on Kickstarter can actually see which hands make the cameras and how the production is carried out – putting the customer in the center of the controlling function. Mr Halilović shared with the students his mistakes, successes and also plans for the future.
