IMB hosted a lecture by Mr. Matjaž Sušec
IMB hosted a very interesting guest – Mr. Matjaž Sušec, the European Stability Mechanism’s Head of Policy Strategy and Institutional Relations! First, an introduction to EFSF and ESM was made, then Mr. Sušec presented ESM reforms and its new tasks, focused on the response to the COVID-19 pandemic and also further deepening of the EMU. The lecture and discussion gave us important insights into the Economic and Monetary Union deepening and ESM reform, and broadened our understanding of the regulatory macroeconomic environment in the banking sector.
