Guest speaker: Miha Senčar
Mr. Miha Senčar visited IMB to give a talk on leadership and personal growth. He shared valuable insights on the importance of hard work, empathy, and honesty in becoming a great leader and how it’s essential to find your “why” to inspire those around you.
Miha emphasized the need to become a coach as a leader, enabling employees to achieve more than they thought they could. He also talked about the importance of positivity, a thirst for knowledge, and self-improvement for personal growth.
During the talk, Miha highlighted the concept of infinite growth and the significance of recognizing team efforts when receiving recognition or accolades.
