Dr Mark Pleško, CEO of Cosylab took the time to come to our premises and have a talk with Ada Guštin Habuš! At the Mentorship Programme event, Dr Pleško shared his invaluable insights on entrepreneurship, innovation, and work-life balance. Dr Pleško believes entrepreneurs are passionate and are driven to make their ideas happen.
He doesn’t buy into the idea of balancing work and life separately; he thinks they should mix. Success, for him, is about having an interesting life where work and family fit together. To him, success is like levelling up in a game—always aiming for the next challenge, never totally satisfied, and always trying to get better.
