Guest: Petra Stušek
At the course Tourism Management Erasmus students heard a lecture about The Ljubljana Tourism, a public service enterprise. Lecture was held by Petra Stušek, manager of the Public Relations Department. She presented the fundamental objectives of The Ljubljana Tourism, organizational structure, work areas, funding, the budget for 2010, statistics on tourism in Ljubljana, Strategic Development and Marketing Plan and tourism strategy. She discussed managerial functions and also presented the impacts of economic crisis on tourism in Ljubljana, that has specific features as a city destination.
