Processing of personal data
I hereby authorize the Faculty of Economics University of Ljubljana (FELU) in accordance with the applicable legislation on protection of personal data (Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07, hereinafter ZVOP-1 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as GDPR), to process my personal data as derived from this application form for the purpose of informing me about events and other activities in the field of energy economics in the organization / co-organization of the FELU.
Furthermore, I allow FELU to forward my personal information (e-mail address), if necessary for the purposes stated above, to the MailChimp Web application through which the FELU regularly informs about events in the field of energy economics in the organization / co-organization of the FELU
Notification
I would like to be informed by e-mail by FELU, about current events and activities organized and implemented by FELU as part of events in the field of energy economics.
I agree that FELU uses my email address for information purposes using the MailChimp application.
The given consent may be revoked at any time by a written notice to FELU (barbara.leskovec.nastav@ef.uni-lj.si or lea.kopina@ef.uni-lj.si).

FELU ensures that data collected on this basis is used only for the above mentioned purposes and can’t be transferred to other third parties, as defined in this consent, without the written consent. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in the public sector is regulated by Article 9 of the ZVPO-1 which provides that personal data in the public sector without legal basis can be processed only on the basis of the personal consent of the individual. The consent in question and the processing of personal data itself is also justified on the basis of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
