Welcoming of foreign students

02.10.2006No Comments,

With the beginning of a new study year the FELU had the opportunity to welcome already 107 foreign exchange students who will study at the FELU in the winter semester. They make the FELU truly international.

This year students come from 15 different countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Russia and Spain.

Students were greeted by the Dean Maks Tajnikar and the Head of the International office Mrs Danijela Voljč. During the orientation days prepared by the International office we introduced students the whole faculty and especially the Centre for Student and Career Services, the Central Economic Library and their study programme including other important information for a successful start of their studies.
