The article "Organizational learning culture—the missing link between business process change and organizational performance", written by authors doc. dr. Miha Škerlavaj, prof. dr. Mojca Indihar Štemberger, Rok Škrinjar and prof. dr. Vlado Dimovski was ranged among 10 top quoted articles in the journal International Journal of Production Economics between 2007 and 2010.
