Essay competition Poverty – Corruption – Development
Integriteta – Association for Ethics in Public Service – invites young people to share their views on the opportunities, challenges and implications on the topic of poverty, corruption and development. Young people today are crucial to building our future, so it is necessary to enable them to develop their potential. This competition aims to encourage young people to think about the consequences of corruption, negative effects which it has to society, and to establish zero tolerance to unethical behaviour and corruption.
Students who apply for Corruption and Development course at Ljubljana Summer School 2011 are eligible to enter the essay contest. Application deadline for Corruption and Development course is 9 April 2011. Students can apply here.
The contest refers to the writing of an essay of up to 1,500 words. All terms and conditions of the competition are written in the document Terms and conditions.
The essay must be submitted by the end of 22 April 2011. The Entry form and the essay should be sent electronically to info@integriteta.si with subject: Essay contest 2011. Registration form is available here. For more information about the competition, please read a link.
Winner will receive the award in the amount of 200,00 EUR.
