Enterance in Chinese new year on II. Gymnasium Maribor
II. Gymnasium Maribor became a node and center of Chinese language and culture in this part of Slovenia.
Learning of Chinese language, which this year takes place in Tezno kindergarten, elementary school, Bojan Ilic, High School Ptuj and II. Gymnasium Maribor with Chinese teachers, is the first important task of Confucius classrooms. Another important task-acquainted with Chinese culture II. Gymnasium Maribor realized with the first Chinese day, which with its diverse programs brought refreshment in the Maribor area. Beginning Chinese days took place on II. Gymnasium Maribor on Thursday, 30/01/2014 with calligraphy workshop. On Wednesday 4.2. 2014 there was an opening of the exhibition of China. On Monday, 01.10. 2014 there was a workshop – Chinese cuisine. They ended with the celebration of the Chinese New Year on Wednesday 12/02/2014 with a cultural program and catering to Chinese food.
