Confucius institute Ljubljana is inviting you to webinar on understanding Chinese consumers’ mind-set.

Level: Intermediate

When? Friday, 5th April 2019, 1 p. m.- 3.30 p. m.

The participants will gain additional knowledge on Chinese way of thinking specialized on marketing area and understanding Chinese consumers.The advantage of CI webinars is live streaming. Speaker is available for questions and engages interaction between participants.The webinar will be held in English. After the seminar the participants will take examination in order to get an official certificate.

About the Speaker
Speaker began her career as a teacher at the Confucius Institute Ljubljana in 2012. She was responsible for teaching Chinese language and culture, for business culture in-company trainings as well as individual consultation for business community. Currently she is a teaching assistant of international business at Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana. She teaches the course how to do business with China, International business, international business environment, international business and management ect. By living and working closely between Slovenia (EU) and China, she has developed strong capabilities in understanding cross-culture similarities and differences through the “lens” of language. Her main research interest lies in cross-culture studies on young-adult consumer behaviours, comparison between Eastern and Western cultures in terms of international business and the impact of language on business etc. Her paper has been published on Journal of Business of Review and Journal of Eastern European Management studies.
