Hallerstein – Slovenian in a forbbiden city
On Monday, 12 May 2014, Konzorcij Mladinska knjiga held a lecture entitled Hallerstein – Slovenian in a forbbiden city. The lecture was chaired by prof. Mitja Saje, a professor in the Department of Asian and African Studies at the Faculty of Arts.
The meeting was dedicated to Ferdinand Augustine Hallerstein, the first Slovenian scientist who worked in 18th century in China’s court and his work contributed significantly to Chinese history and culture.
