On Thursday, Maj 29th 2014 cooking workshop entitled: Yin and Yang at Chinese cuisine was held at the restaurant NIM 8 MIN. The workshop participants together with Chinese chef Yongquan Huang prepared 8 traditional Chinese dishes. They learned about the methods and procedures of preparing Chinese dishes and they tried themselves at cooking.
