Alma M. Karlin and a mysterious Li Tieguai
On Wednesday, 20th of May 2015 we inaugurated an exhibition of recently discovered statue of famous Slovenian traveler Alma M. Karlin in cooperation with the Slovene Ethnographic Museum and Celje Regional Museum. At the opening there were the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China in Slovenia, H. E. Mr. YE Hao, Director of Slovene Ethnographic Museum, dr. Ms. Bojana Rogelj Škafar, Director of The Celje Regional Museum, MSc. Mr. Stane Rozman and Director of Confucius institute Ljubljana, MSc. Ms. Danijela Voljč.
After the inauguration we listened to Ms. Barbara Trnovec who talked about mysterious statue and Alma M. Karlin.
