Calligraphy workshop at primary school Bršljin
Ljubljana Confucius Institute in Slovenia was invited to attend the cultural activities of different countries in Primary School of Bršljin, Novo mesto on February 4th, 2016.
In the workshop, volunteer teachers briefly introduced the creation and development of Chinese characters, presented different calligraphy works and taught how to use “the Four Treasures of the Study”. It was their first time to study Chinese, so they were excited. Students in higher classes, they also learned some differences between Chinese and Slovenian culture, simple Chinese greetings and a Chinese children song.
