We have divided communication, marketing and also sales into two categories: business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-costumer (B2C). That is a thing of the past. Nowadays, especially in the area of sales, human-to-human (H2H) is becoming more and more successful. The concept was introduced to us by Anja Žagar from the company VALENTIA d.o.o.
