The safety and well-being of all our students and employees is extremely important to us.

MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN, 17 MARCH 2020

The SEB LU strives to act as responsibly as possible and thus we have adopted the following measures:

  • DIRECT TEACHING PROCESS

Until further notice the entire teaching process will be transferred to the digital platform. Therefore, we kindly ask all students to check the websites of the study classes and Canvas, where all detailed instructions will be promptly published for each course.

  • PRELIMINARY EXAMS AND EXAMS

We will inform you about the dates of preliminary exams and exams at Student-net for each individual study class.

  • According to the University’s instructions, PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES will not be held indoors until further notice.
  • OFFICIAL HOURS of the Student Affairs Office and the International Office are cancelled until further notice. We are available for all information by e-mail.
  • DEFENCES – all public defences of final theses are transferred to the ZOOM digital platform until further notice. The candidates for defence will be informed about the procedure in due time.

We believe you have many questions and concerns at this moment regarding your study obligations and work. We assure you that we are taking all necessary measures that correspond to the current state of affairs:

  • MEASURES OF THE SEB LU:

–    We follow the guidelines of the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ): https://www.nijz.si/
