The secret of long-term successful companies
Why we start certain businesses? Certainly not with the intention to fail. We must aim for creative work and sustainable oriented organisations to assure bright future. Successful companies must have clear vision, measurable goals and set-up a way to accomplish it.
We must keep in mind, that goal must be atratctive and logical for all employees and other stakeholders of the company.
