Taijiquan for Beginners – introductory exercise!

Confucius Institute Ljubljana in cooperation with the Slovenian association of taijiquan temple CSN organized introductory – taijiquan exercise for beginners. Introductory exercise  was on Tuesday, 11 December, at the Faculty of Administration, and was led by the Chinese master taijiquan Chen Shining.

Introductory exercise is free.

T’ai chi ch’uan or Taijiquan is a type of internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. Today, t’ai chi ch’uan has spread worldwide. Taijiquan exercise is suitable for all ages, both genders and different physical capabilities.

Instructions:

  • The course is suitable for beginners
  • The number of participants is limited
  • The duration of each exercise is 60 minutes
  • The exercise need light, comfortable clothing and soft shoes with rubber soles (if you want, you can practice a barefoot).

Courses start on 21 January 2013!
