Consulting in Action: Project Workshop with Kearney
We had the incredible opportunity to participate in a project workshop with Kearney, where we stepped into the role of consultants—analyzing complex challenges, problem-solving, and delivering actionable insights.
Throughout the workshop, we conducted in-depth analysis of real-world business problems and applied strategic problem-solving frameworks.
This hands-on experience provided a great insight into the consulting world, reinforcing the importance of critical thinking, collaboration, and structured communication in solving business challenges.
