IMB Guest Speaker: Lean Philosophy in Operations Management – Insights from Rok Stritar
As part of the Operation Management course, the students had the opportunity to learn from Rok Stritatr, an entrepreneur, advisor, and mentor to numerous companies in various stages of development, and the founder of Kibuba.
Rok introduced us to the Lean Philosophy, a simple yet comprehensive approach that helps improve processes, eliminate waste, shorten production times, and reduce overall costs. We explored why Lean Thinking is such a widely adopted philosophy in today’s competitive market.
This lecture was a great reminder that operational efficiency is not just about cutting costs, but about maximizing value and fostering continuous growth.
