In HRM class the students were given an opportunity to collaborate with prominent Slovenian companies such as Danfoss, BTC, LineaDirecta, BTC, Ernst & Young, SiMobil, Špica, Soča, and DUTB, where they provided an innovative HRM solution for these companies. On the presentations of the solutions, high representatives of the companies were present and majority of solutions were adopted by the companies.
Here are collected some comments from companies:
I really enjoy seeing the young people being well educated and driven towards professionalism, something I could witness in all project presentations. I really glad about that, since this is the only way for progress and growth in our society.

I can describe the solution prepared by your students as advanced and well in line with contemporary trends. It really shows that your students understand the story behind Si.mobil, which is essentially a dynamic one and is constantly changing. The presented solution has this dynamics in mind and it certainly streamlines the process of following the key potentials. This makes the process easier and more understandable for the candidates, management and our HR department.

The group of students showed a real effort in preparing a custom made application: for our needs, using our specifications and having the expected functionalities. The presentation and the originality of the solution exceeded our expectations, as they presented the application example in a very vivid way and developed the application to a level where we could really fully appreciate it’s functionality and advantages. With some minor tweaking the application could be put to life. Given our needs will this certainly be one of my priorities in the year 2015.
