Managers’ Association of Slovenia scholarship
A “January Gathering 2015”, held in business center Four Points by Sheraton in Ljubljana was opened by the president of MAS Aleksander Zalaznik from Danfoss Trata. After his opening speech, the prime minister dr. Miro Cerar presented the government plan for next year with the main focus on the planned activities in the field of economy to more than 360 gathered managers. On the annual ceremony also two scholarships were awarded to foreign postgraduate students of management. One of them was received by student from IMB program, Ana Isabel Munguia Partida from Mexico.
“I’m beyond blessed and humbled to be able to be where I am today, something that I would’ve never been able to do without the support of my family, husband, the Faculty of Economics, IMB programe and this organization. This is truly an honor I will never take for granted. I’m really looking forward on developing and discovering new possibilities and opportunities for Slovenia. I hope we build amazing things together”, she said at her acceptance speech.
We could not be more proud of having a class full of future managers excelling at their careers and lives. We sure hope to see more of these awards in the future.
