IMB Guest Speaker: Mrs. Nevenka Črešnar Pergar

Last week we hosted Mrs. Nevenka Črešnar Pergar, Director of NP Consulting, Vice Chairman of the supervisory board of Port of Koper, and Member of the board of governors of AmCham Slovenia. Her lecture focused on determinants of foreign and domestic investments in Slovenia. Attractive business environment is the key for future wellbeing in Slovenia. Her insights into the process of mergers and acquisitions, backed up by multiple (successful and unsuccessful) examples provided an invaluable value added to theoretical knowledge that students gained during the “Mergers and Acquisitions” course held by Professor George Kester.
