Stefan Spiroski, IMB Alumni shares his journey from IMB to the Management Board at Nova KBM

Recently, IMB students listened to a guest speaker Stefan Spiroski, the Advisor to the Management Board at Nova KBM.

Stefan was also once an IMB student and returned to IMB premises once more to share his inspiring journey from student to corporate leader. Right after finishing IMB, Stefan swiftly ascended the ranks, transitioning from his IMB days to a flourishing career as a consultant at Kearney and later taking the role of Advisor to the Management Board at Nova KBM bank. His journey truly shows the power of perseverance and purpose-driven decision-making.

Stefan delivered invaluable advice emphasizing the importance of aligning career choices with personal values and goals for the IMB students, who will soon begin building their careers.
