Our alumni continue to impress us with their dedication, perseverance, and exceptional knowledge. Peter Novak, the first president of our Alumni Association, president of the first MBA Radovljica generation, and a committed mentor, has led Kolektor Etra as its director to the prestigious Delova Podjetniška Zvezda 2024 award in the large enterprise category. Under his leadership, Kolektor Etra has achieved record revenues and successfully entered demanding markets like Scandinavia and Northern Germany. The company’s strategic focuses include energy-efficient transformers, significant investments in development, and expanded capacity, aiming to position itself among Europe’s top three transformer manufacturers.
We are always delighted to hear about our alumni’s achievements, as they prove that no path is impossible. At the IMB program, we strive to prepare each student thoroughly for the challenges of the business world, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence essential for success. Peter Novak has employed many of our students in the past, and Kolektor Etra is also a focus in our book for the final project this year. The accomplishments of our alumni validate that investment in high-quality education and mentorship yields exceptional results, fostering leaders who, through their dedication and innovation, are transforming the future of business.
