IMB Guest Speaker: Mr. Boštjan Vasle, Governor of Bank Slovenia
On 19 September 2022, IMB was honoured to host Boštjan Vasle, the Governor of the Bank of Slovenia. Mr Vasle prepared a presentation on monetary policy at the Slovenian and ECB level. He talked about monetary policy measures the Bank of Slovenia implemented during the time of low inflation and how they are managing the transition to a new inflation regime – a period of elevated inflation we are facing at the moment.
We would like to kindly thank Mr Vasle for taking the time to talk to our students and answer the many questions students had after such a fascinating presentation.
