16th Portorož Business Conference
In the long lasting IMB tradition the 22nd generation had the opportunity to attend the Portorož Business Conference which took place on the 20th and 21st of November, 2014. While the IMB programme and the Conference are inherently intertwined, this years’ choice of topic and speakers was especially intriguing and thought-provoking for the students. They had the priviledge to learn about a variety of challenges and opportunities being faced by different institutions, and the appropriate responses that each of those challenges need in their appropriate contexts, especially having in mind the new beginnings that the post-crisis period requires. In this sense, the participation to the Conference provided students with a different point of view on emerging issues, and this, combined with the great event organization and hospitality, resulted in an overall great experience.
