How to compete and win in the knowledge and service economy
Lars Kolind is a Danish entrepreneur, author, public speaker, adjunct professor, non-executive board member, and former group chairman of the board of Grundfos. In 90’s he carried through a financial turnaround of Oticon and transformed the company by designing and implementing the so-called Spaghetti Organization, which has been featured as one of the first knowledge-based, almost paperless organizations in the world. The new organization led to a 100% increase in sales and profit before tax grew from 0,3 mio EUR to 18,2 mio EUR.
Danish specialist for transforming companies into flexible, innovative and growth oriented is coming to Ljubljana to introduce us a new entrepreneurial mind-set »UNBOSS«. Concept Unboss is essentially a new management paradigm which challenges conventional wisdom by applying the principles of the Web, such as openness and transparency far beyond technology and into topics such as governance and innovation. It’s an entirely new way to approach management. The person in charge doesn’t necessarily have all the answers and work becomes more about you do than about where you go to do it.
