HRM 2033 -view in the future
IMB is a program that continuously intertwines knowledge with real business. At Human Resource Management class students were given a project, with main question asked: “What will our life look like in 2033? What can we expect at the work place?”
In order to answer all this questions they were exploring seven different areas: healthcare and well-being, learning, entertainment, natural products, housing, leisure time and transport. After a full month of research a lot of new knowledge was gained and they were ready to present their findings to the Society of Human Resource Ljubljana (DKD Ljubljana) at the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia. After successful presentation in DKD, Tanja Gazibaric wrote an article “HRM 2033 – pogled v prihodnost” which was published in journal HRM.
